Bady Pham and Phillip Nguyen joined forces to encourage a more active & healthy lifestyle among Vietnamese.
A MARATHON WAS BROUGHT BACK TO HO CHI MINH CITY, NAMED AS HCMC RUN
Our first city run was organized in Ho Chi Minh City, specifically in Phu My Hung. It targeted beginners and aimed to develop the local running community. Although only short distances were offered (3km, 5km & 10km), Chronotrack, a chip timing system, was brought to Vietnam for the first time.
COLOR ME RUN WAS HELD FOR THE 1ST TIME EVER & AWARDED AS MOST TALKED EVENT BY BUZZMETRIC
A new running event concept was brought to Vietnam, fusing music, colored powder & running. It went on to become a phenomenon, a must-attend festival in Vietnam, especially among millennials. Kelly Rowland and Suboi were the
DANANG INTERNATIONAL MARATHON HOLD BY PULSE ACTIVE
Vietnam’s first international marathon at the time, it was also the first national race to be certified by AIMS and become a Boston Marathon Qualifier.
PRISMA – THE NIGHT RUN IS LAUNCHED
Our first night running event was held in Ho Chi Minh City, offering much more than a race, with artists performing on stage, along with stunning visuals, lights and sound effects.
ZEDD – TRUE COLORS TOUR ARRIVES TO HCMC
Pulse Active steps on the international artists tour license industry by bringing the well known electronic producer, Zedd.
COLOR ME RUN EXPANDS TO 3 CITIES & LISTED AS 3 MOST INFLUENTIAL EVENTS IN VIETNAM BY WECHOICE
The event double its participation in HCMC and due to its high demand PA expands further to Hanoi and Danang. City.
HCMC RUN – 21KM ADDITION
After a first successful edition, the race is held again adding the half marathon distance.

PULSE BECOMES “CHALLENGE FAMILY TRIATHLON” LICENSE HOLDER FOR INDOCHINA & ORGANIZE 1ST CHALLENGE FAMILY TRIATHLON RACE IN VIETNAM
We joined the triathlon industry by cooperating with The Challenge Triathlon Family, the global race series. The event was held in Nha Trang.
CHALLENGE VIETNAM WON THE BEST INAUGURAL LONG COURSE TRIATHLON IN ASIA BY ASIATRI
HCMC RUN RENAMES TO HCMC MARATHON
Following a tradition from 1992, our run was renamed to the Ho Chi Minh City Marathon, and we added the full marathon distance (42km).
LE FRUIT TRIATHLON IS BACK WITH ITS 15TH EDITION
Created in 2002, Le Fruit Triathlon is the longest standing multi-sport event and the unique off-road triathlon organized in Vietnam. In 2017, Pulse Active worked together with the Le Fruit team in order to bring back the event, having a very successful race held in Vung Tau.
THE CHAINSMOKERS – MEMORIES…DO NOT OPEN TOUR HOLD IN HCMC
We brought the award-winning EDM duo to Vietnam, with HCMC acting as a destination on the Memories….Do Not Open Tour.
COLOR ME RUN – 5 YEARS ANNIVERSARY
This event’s popularity continued to surge, attracting over 13,0000 participants. It is without a doubt the most popular paid mass scale event in Vietnam.

HCMC MARATHON IS LISTED AS “THE HCMC NEW YEAR’S CELEBRATION” EVENTS AND BECOME THE TRADITIONAL EVENT OF HO CHI MINH CITY.
PULSE ACTIVE IS AWARDED FOR THE IMPACT OF SPORTS DEVELOPMENT BY DANANG CITY.
LOTTE DOWNTOWN DUTY-FREE PRE-OPENING CONCERT 2019 HOLD IN DANANG
Produced by Pulse Active, the concert was also the first concert of LOTTE Duty-Free and SM Entertainment in Vietnam opening a new era for K-Pop fans
